Tri-County Glass Solutions, LLC warranties your windshield against air, water leaks and workmanship performed on your vehicle.  Tri-County Glass Solutions, LLC must be contacted at 854-202-0205 as soon as an issue is noticed. Failure to notify Tri-County Glass Solutions, LLC concerning a warranty associated with your vehicle, will result in your warranty being void. This limited lifetime warranty shall only apply if the defects occurred under normal driving conditions and not where any vehicle has been subjected to accidents, negligence, abuse or misuse.

Company Policy

Tri-County Glass Solutions, LLC operates under certain guidelines for the installation of your vehicle’s auto glass. We endorse the Federal Motor Safety Standard for removal and installation of all auto glass and we are in compliance with (AGRSS) Automotive Glass Replacement Safety Standard. We give you the peace of mind knowing that your vehicle is safe, secure, and installed correctly. OEM (original equipment manufactured) Glass is the industry standard and is used in any and all replacements. OEM Glass meets the manufacturer specifications for safety and quality to protect you in case of an accident. We use only the best products and each glass is safely inspected before replacement. We use DOW automotive adhesives as our glue and safe drive away time for this adhesive is 1 to 3 hours when used on vehicles with a passenger side airbag. Please follow all directions from the technician after your vehicle's glass has been replaced. 

Post Job Completion Instructions

In the completion of your windshield installation please keep the following in mind...

1. We ask that you do not use any automatic car washes for the first 72 hrs as the high pressure can compromise the integrity of the installation.

2. You may experience an odor related to the adhesive used to seal your glass. If this occurs keep your windows open slightly to allow ventilation while the vehicle is in use.

3. Your windshield may have been secured and positioned by retention tape and should remain in place until the safe drive time is reached as instructed by the installer.

****Any vehicle that has a camera in the windshield MUST receive a calibration per Manufacturer’s guidelines. This process will ensure that the safety feature built into the vehicle's camera system is working properly. Tri-County Glass Solutions, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone refusing the calibration service after a windshield is installed. Calibration is required to keep the systems functioning properly. Customers will be informed and educated before or after each install on these safety systems. Please note that calibration is dependent on weather conditions and we will reschedule due to these conditions to ensure proper installation and calibration can be met.***
